Foundations to Public Funding Workbook
Volume One of the Foundations Workbook focuses on guiding participants through the necessary steps in order to create the foundation needed to successfully position and acquire public funding opportunities. It is perfect for those that are familiar with the proposal process but need some guidance and strategy as they create their own organizational foundation.
FOUNDATIONS WORKSHOP
The Foundations Workshop focuses on strategizing and positioning for public funding opportunities. Billions of dollars are allocated each year both here in the United States and globally in the form of tenders, bids, contracts, grants and cooperative agreement. The services requested stretch across many sectors; from procurement of goods like pencils, and printers to document reviews to large scale construction projects and everything in between. Our workshops focus on guiding participants through the necessary steps in order to create the foundation needed to successfully position and acquire these funds. The workshop is perfect for a group of entrepreneurs, students starting small businesses, established companies and organizations that are looking to standardize their processes and add public funding acquisitions as a funding stream. We customize the workshop packages specific to the client’s needs usually across the span of one work day or can be split across two working days.

The Adwoa Service Package
Adwoa in the Akan languages means “Monday born”. For us at NSESA it is our straightforward, simple, sweet and effective package.
Through this package, we have a discovery session to understand your company/organization’s strengths and weaknesses, areas of success and areas for improvement, understand your funding goals and match your company to a live opportunity (if registrations are in place*) with templates provided.
The Efua Service Package
Efua in the Akan languages means “Friday born”. At NSESA it is our package that offers a bit more for those that are bold enough to seek sustainable change to increase income streams in their company or organaiztion.
Through this package we have a discovery session to understand your company/organization’s strengths and weaknesses, areas of success and areas for improvement, and understand your funding goals. We then create a basic funding strategy with your team which will serve as a light touch blue print and guide to seek public funding opportunities that may align with your longer term goals. Additionally we link you with a live opportunity, provide templates and one copyedit review to ensure your bid or proposal application is on the right track.
The Araba Service Package
Araba in the Akan language means “Tuesday” born but at NSESA it represents flexibility, agility and flow.

FAQ
+ What if I just need help writing and putting a proposal package together, do you offer that service?
NSESA offers a suite of a la carte services to previously serviced or current package holders. The reason for this is because proposal composition is a time intensive process which we are happy to provide for clients who first have completed their funding strategies…this is in order to make sure that they have the capacity to apply (and win) subsequent grants and contracts that are in alignment with their scope.
+ If I book a package how long is the working process?
Each package is unique and catered to each client. The average amount of time we work with clients who book signature packages is roughly 4 to 6 weeks, but that can be dependent if there is a live opportunity NSESA is supporting alongside the remainder of the processes.
+ How much lead time is needed for Workshop bookings?
We ask that workshops are booked at least 4 weeks or more in order to allow for respective planning and logistics to take place.

+ When will the NSESA Collective Launch and how do I register for it?
The NSESA Collective is scheduled to launch early 2022, sign up for our email list and stay tuned, there will be membership specials in the first two weeks of launching.
+ What is the NSESA Collective?
The collective is a space designed for professionals, companies and organizations that are federally vetted in the USA that work globally to connect with one another on live bids and grant opportunities. Every entity in the collective, would have undergone review by our team and are ready for collaboration – it’s a space that bridges the gap between partners and eases the process in finding partners for opportunities to ultimately spread excellence internationally.
+ What if I do not have USG federal registration can I still become part of the collective?
If you are not federally registered under the US government an entity, NSESA solutions provides a service offering in order to complete registration for you, after those steps are completed we then can add you to the collective for collaboration. The reason we cannot add you and your company and or org before hand is because one of the biggest differentiators of the collective is offering its members a piece of mind that they are engaging with compliant entities that meet the minimum standard of USG opportunities to build out additional funding streams.
+ Is there a cost to become a member of the collective?
Yes, the collective uses a tiered membership approach model. The base tier allows one access to the space, you can collaborate and find partners across various scopes in this space. Tier 2 is our premium tier and includes Tier 1 AND quarterly tips, templates and live opportunities that are open to apply for.
